12th March -9:30 am - 2:45 pm| £50
We look forward to welcoming you to our inspiring Leader in Me event in Chelmsford, Essex on the 12th March 2020.
After seeing so much interest from headteachers around the UK who are looking for help and support for Primary and Secondary schools we are thrilled to have rolled out the Leader in Me process to over 70 schools in the UK already. Main concerns we focus on are around pupil well-being, character building and socio-emotional skills.
This event is suitable for headteachers, deputy headteachers, heads of pastoral care, teachers and educational leaders.
This event will run from 9.30am – 2.45pm with lunch and refreshment included.
The Leader in Me is the Franklin Covey whole-school transformation model.
Developed initially by educators, and refined in partnership with Franklin Covey, it empowers children and teens with leadership and life skills necessary to succeed in the 21st Century.
The Leader in Me is based on the idea that every child contains unique abilities and has the capacity to be a leader.
The Leader in Me utilises and integrates leadership, social-emotional learning, quality, and educational models and processes from past and current thought leaders including The 4 Imperatives of Great Leaders and The 4 Disciplines of Execution.
The model includes pupil participation in goal setting, data tracking, leadership roles, conferences, leadership environments, and leadership events.
