The training content is based on the work of Dr. Stephen Covey, the author of ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ which is the number one selling leadership book in the world with 30 million copies sold in 24 languages. The FranklinCovey training programmes have been delivered worldwide within the corporate and education sector since 1989 with outstanding results. At the United Education Group we specialise in delivering these programmes to schools, universities, councils, sports federations and athletes, teenagers and families.

Clinton is a thought leader within education and his life’s work has focused on bringing character, purpose, life skills and emotional wellbeing to the forefront of the education agenda. He has 25 years of experience and delivered education workshops worldwide and written many educational articles. Clinton has also developed multiple successful businesses within the field of education and sport.
Chantal Baxendale
Chantal BaxendaleProject & Account Manager
Chantal is our project manager and manages the relationship, training and accounts with all our existing Leader in Me schools. She is a fountain of knowledge and your first point of call if you have any questions. She comes from a corporate background and has 17 years of extensive customer service experience. With her meticulous procedures and administrative skills, she is helping to implement Leader in Me in the UK. Chantal is also an avid reader whom helps self published authors with proofreading and editing, “Reading gives life more life” as they say.

Joanna Watt
Joanna WattNew Business, Marketing & Events Manager
Joanna is located at our main office and looks after new business enquires as well as overseeing our marketing, social media and events across the business here in the UK. From a corporate background in digital media and marketing and operational management, Joanna now uses her extensive knowledge to support United Education group. Joanna cares deeply about children and their well-being, especially within the school environment. Currently completing a course in Life Coaching with specialist training in child well-being with a view to being able to support more children and families.
Kirsty Gittins
Kirsty GittinsClient Partner
Kirsty is an experienced teacher and trainer with 20 years experience in education. She has a passion for developing resilience in young people and led one of the first UK implementations of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers programme into a large secondary school. She was a contributor in a national scheme on ‘Attachment and Trauma Theory’ and brain development in young people.
Heather Davies

Heather is the headteacher of Giles junior school in Hertfordshire which was one of the first adopters of the Leader in Me in the United Kingdom. She has over 30 years of experience in education and staff development, is one of the most highly regarded educational trainers in the country. Heather continues to lead her school, whilst delivering training in the Leader in Me and Outstanding Leadership.
Steve FosterFacilitator
Steve has been teaching for almost 25 years, and has experience in a range of secondary schools and outdoor education centres across the UK. Steve’s focus has always been on developing character and skills for life, and has a particular interest in developing teams who collaborate and communicate effectively. Steve has recently returned from working at a Leader in Me school in Kenya where he led the implementation of the Leader in Me, a life-changing experience that has led him to be part of our team in the UK.

Karen experienced the 7 Habits during her time in Early Years when she
was fortunate enough to attend the 3 day ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’
training course. She has always believed very strongly in delivering a
supportive, nurturing and understanding approach with children
in her care, the 7 Habits training really reinforced her beliefs. Over
the years Karen has developed a true passion for placing emotional well-
being and pastoral care at the forefront of everything she does. Karen is currently approaching her eighteenth year at a local Prep School and
believe’s in placing the utmost emphasis on understanding each child
as an individual, taking time to listen to them and inspiring them to
believe in themselves. Karen has over 10 years experience developing and
delivering the 7 Habits with us.
Sangita Skilling

Sangita facilitation style is extremely participative, based on her strong belief that true learning occurs when people feel involved and engaged with plenty of opportunity to share and explore.
Participants often comment on the inspiration they have gained from being in her session. As a senior consultant, Sangita engages with senior leaders with an intent to understand, explore, learn, teach and inspire.
Sangita has been an accredited facilitator for over 12 years, delivering dynamic workshops to fit the client’s needs.
Having designed 2 programmes for school teachers and education leaders using the 7 Habits principles. She has built the skills and found a passion to deliver FranklinCovey solutions to children as young as 5 to senior leadership teams of international organisations.
